Eternity
Posted
1 Timothy 2:4 “Who wishes all men to be saved.”
The greatest miracle we will ever see is salvation. We are so thankful for what the Lord has done in our lives – it’s totally amazing, and He wants to do the same for you. It doesn’t matter what you have done, it doesn’t matter where you have been and it doesn’t matter what you have said, Jesus loves you beyond anything you can imagine and He wants to be with you, setting you in a place of eternal joy and complete bliss.
Some twisted Christian teachings tell us that Eternity in Heaven is about “how good we are” or “how many good things we have done” but that’s not the Truth at all. Ephesians 2:5 says that it is “by grace that you are saved.” That word “grace” means “benefit, favor, gift”. There’s nothing any of us can do to get ourselves in a place where we are “good enough” to deserve salvation. It is a gift from God as we accept Him into our hearts.
John 14:6
“…I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) me.”
And, all of this is so easy… If you have never asked Jesus to come and live inside of you; what are you waiting for? He is the highest high available! He throws the best parties in town and has paid for it all! You will never be the same again… If you will let Him – He will twist you upside down; He will change your circumstances; He will pick you up; wrap you in His arms and totally transform you. You can do it right now, It doesn’t matter where you are; whether you are alone or with someone else.
Romans 10:9
“Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
It isn’t a “magical formula“, Jesus really is a person who desperately desires intimate relationship with every one of us.
Still confused? Check this out and you can pray something like this:
“Jesus, I know I have messed up (we all have), and I apologize God for the things I’ve done wrong. I thank You Jesus for your forgiveness. Jesus I know that You died on the cross and rose again in victory on the third day for me. Lord, I invite You into my life and heart to transform me, guide me and party with me as You desire.”
We would love to hear from you and help you with the next steps in your walk with Jesus Christ.
